Alice’s thing is she knows how to get to the heart of the matter.

From the school nativity play to studying Drama at Royal Holloway, Alice has always been about getting into the psychology of a character.

Her fascination with understanding people has led her to study psychodynamic therapy and alternative dispute resolution, assisting Alice in her management roles in leading comms agencies and Google-backed tech startup, KareInn. She is currently Managing Partner at Leagas Delaney.

At Worksmiths, Alice leads workshops acting as an interface between business and creativity. Not easy. Alice also runs her own performance consultancy, Fairplay where she helps CEOs and leadership teams reach their potential.

Mo’s thing is an ability to identify a credible brand positioning.

After a misguided degree choice in Law, Mo swiftly became an agency partner and kicked off the hybrid discipline of creative strategy. She spent nine years increasing brand value via experiential for O2.

After a drawing sabbatical in Florence, Mo and her co-founder became the first women to create a dating app. It was voted Challenger Brand of the Year and was first to market with the ‘women make the first move’ positioning. She has most recently been working with people-powered brands in music and publishing, and just completed an intensive term at the Royal Drawing School.

Mo likes football, punk girl bands and painting in her studio.

Sofia’s thing is she loves creating magical visual solutions.

She loves clean, considered design and believes small details make a big difference. As a multidisciplinary designer and creative director, Sofia has collected over a dozen awards for her kick ass work, and is currently working on her dream project: designing her first property from scratch.

She's also on the Awwwards 2019 jury panel, a Samsung Smart Girl, and one half of JO&SO, viewed by Condé Nast Traveller as the ‘the latest, most insider online guide to Portugal’s coolest hotels’.

Sofia adores travelling to exotic places, playing the bass and cooking.

Karen’s thing is an ability to create a killer bespoke production process.

Karen started out as a digital producer at Poke over a decade ago, and has gone on to work at the most exciting tech companies in the world. She has most recently been an Exec Producer at Google Creative Lab and Production Consultant at Google DeepMind.

Karen’s breadth of experience from startups, creative hotshops to larger, more process-driven organisations gives her a unique edge in creating smart workflows. She really cares about helping people realise their own potential by creating an an environment that is safe, motivating and collaborative.

Karen’s ultimate aim is to set up an animal sanctuary in Norfolk.
